Brand New, Large 3 Bedroom Townhouse On Championship Golf Course and very close to the Beach. On the secure, secluded complex there are 2 swimming pools - including one for toddlers (seasonal opening with lifeguards), Paddle Tennis Courts and a local football pitch & children's play area. Pine trees offer some shade on the communal lawns. The property is 500m to beautiful Blue Flag beaches and only 350m from the tee-off of the local championship 18-hole Golf course. Protected pine forests and traditional Spanish villages surround and there are also good opportunities for watersports on the sea!
This delightful development is only a 10 minute amble to the stunning beaches with wide expanses of sand. This is a 3-storey house with a main patio and 2 further balcony terraces off 2 of the 3 double bedrooms, all capturing the afternoon sun! The master bedroom is en-suite with a bath and there are two further bathrooms in the house.
The property is expensively furnished with all home comforts including Air Conditioning/heating, 32-inch flatscreen TV & DVD player, fully fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, electric oven & hobs, large fridge freezer, washing machine, orange juicer etc. etc. There are also sunloungers and outdoor table and chairs.
The house will comfortably sleep 6, although if prefered the 2nd floor can easily be converted into a 2nd Lounge area instead of a twin bedroom. There are also two double sofa beds which could be used to sleep a further adult on each, if accomodation for 8 adults is required & you don't object to 4 sharing the same bedroom!
All-in-all, this is a fantastic location for families, golfers and those seeking a relaxing break in the sun, and yet also just a short taxi journey from the regional night hotspots of Huelva and Cadiz! Truly an ideal base for those looking for a little bit of luxury in traditional Spain - this is where the Spanish come away on their holidays! (It is different to the other Costas... ;-) )
300 days of sunshine a year means that the Costa de La Luz is a great place to go for both Summer AND Winter holidays - escape the cold British Winter for some local sun!!
Nearest airports: Faro ( Portugal) and Seville, each about an hour's drive away with car hire (recommended) available, but also airport buses direct to Huelva.

Espectacular apartamento de 3 habitaciones (por 6 o 8) con terraza x3. La Playa es 450m y la casa está rodeada por uno de mejores campos de golf que existen en este region. Es tambien circa del Marina d’ El Rompido – solo 5 minutas. Rodeado de zonas verdes y piscinas. Dependiendo de la temporada, el precio puede variar entre 400 y 1150 euros por semana.
Surrounding area:
Nuevo Portil is right on a 120km stretch of Blue Flag, virgin beaches. The area features a host of nature as it is set in acres of Pine woodland (90% protected no-build area prevents over-development) and is next to the Donana National Park - Europe's largest bird sanctuary. Nuevo Portil also has stunning local scenery and a peaceful, chilled-out atmosphere. On its doorstep is thewonderfully tranquil village of El Rompido with its newly built marina and multiple fine fish restaurants. Huelva is a small city hosting many fine shops, historical sites and familiar Spanish cobbled squares and walkways and is only a 15 minute drive away. The slightly closer historical village of Cartaya has a delightful town square and is excellent for having coffee in front of the church with its resident stork.
Large cycleways have recently been developed through much of the surrounding woodland, generally separate from the main roads - bike hire is available also.
There's also a huge waterpark nearby, although like many holiday regions of Spain, this is subject to seasonal opening. There is also Go-karting & watersports to do a-plenty with wonderful sand beaches.
Although there is plenty to do around here besides golfing, the region does also have many golf courses - 3, 18 holers within a 5 minute drive - it really beats the British weather for a golfing trip!
This area really is a gem in traditional Spain away from some of the other more noisy, tourist packed Costas. This is where the Spanish like to come to spend their holidays & rightly considered one of the most beautiful regions and coastlines! You will love it so much that we hope you'll want to return time & time again - the Spaniards do!!!!
Getting there:
A real easy drive from the airports (1hour 15 mins from Seville & 1 hour from Faro) and only 25 minutes from the Portugese border. Just follow the signs for Huelva.
